YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon FEIN, SUCH, KAHN & SHEPARD, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 7 Century Drive, Suite 201, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054, telephone number #(973) 538-9300, an Answer to the Complaint and Amended Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and GREGORY J. SORACE and KIMBERLY SORACE, et al., are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, SOMERSET County and bearing Docket No. F-014174-25 within thirty-five (35) days after February 22nd, 2026, or if published after February 22nd, 2026, thirty-five (35) days after the actual date of such publication, exclusive of such date, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, Judgment by Default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court, Hughes Justice Complex, CN-971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
 
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (1) foreclosing a mortgage dated April 16, 2020 made by GREGORY J. SORACE and KIMBERLY SORACE as mortgagors to PNC BANK, N.A., recorded on April 20, 2020, in Book 7205 of Mortgages for SOMERSET County, Page 499, et seq., which said mortgage was duly assigned to the Plaintiff named above, who is the present holder of said Mortgage. and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 148 EAST CLIFF STREET, SOMERVILLE, NJ 08876, Block 72 on the Tax Assessment map of the BOROUGH of SOMERVILLE, Lot 6
