Public Hearing Variance Request NOTICE FROM BRANCHBURG TOWNSHIP: Daniel & Noelani Diemicke, 976 Old York Road, Branchburg, NJ 08853 (Block 73 Lot 1.13), has requested granting of a variance for Application 2025-010 AHV for LDO 4-2.2A and LDO 4-2.2B. Applicant would like to build a new detached 2-car 24 x 36 garage next to the existing single-family home. The proposed construction 1) LDO 4-2.2A - exceeds the median height requirement by 2 feet 2 inch (17' 2 " vs 15' permitted) and 2) LDO 4-2.2B - exceeds the permitted 50% of the principal building floor space with the existing shed on the property by 722 square feet. The building will be used for vehicle storage and bicycle storage (before they are donated to a local charity). The applicant requests any other variances, waivers or approvals determined to be required during the course of the hearings on this matter.
