Stockton University: Invitation for Bid (IFB) - Advertisement Notification Notice is hereby given that submissions for IFB 26-17 Building 30/39 Boiler Plant Upgrades, will be received by Stockton University no later than March 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (subject to Addenda modification), and at such time will be publicly opened and read aloud in the presence of any parties bidding, or their agents who are then and there present. There will also be a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on February 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. • Bid-Opening Interested parties may meet in Upper N-Wing Conference room (N123), located at 101 Vera King Farris Drive, Galloway, NJ 08205.
