STATE OF NEW JERSEY TO: QUINCY LEE; RUTH LOWBER; MRS./MR. QUINCY LEE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORSAND ASSIGNS TO QUINCY LEE; MR./MRS. RUTH LOWBER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS TO RUTH LOWBER; and THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon Plaintiff RHONDA FLEETWOOD, by and through his counsel whose address is Law Offices of Charles M. This covers real estate located in CAMDEN CITY, County of CAMDEN, and State of New Jersey, known as LOT 113 BLOCK 372 as shown on the Tax Assessment Map and Tax Map of CAMDEN CITY and concerns premises commonly known as 821 Spruce St., CAMDEN CITY, NEW JERSEY. YOU, QUINCY LEE and RUTH LOWBER, are named defendants to the above foreclosure action because you are the owners of record owner for the property subject of the Complaint and, therefore, named herein as a defendants to foreclose your interest in the subject property. YOU, MRS./MR.
