NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE Bellmawr Self Storage wishing to avail themselves of the provisions under the “New Jersey Self Storage Facility Act (N.J.S.A. 2A: 44-187)” hereby gives Notice of Sale under said act on February 19, 2026 Bellmawr Self Storage, 1070 Kings Highway, Bellmawr, New Jersey 08031 at 10:00 am on that day will conduct a Public Sale to the highest bidder, for cash only, of the contents of spaces must be paid at time of sale. All goods are sold as is and must be removed at time of purchase. Bellmawr Self Storage reserves the right to bid. Unit B-66 – Richard Gelzinis – Filing Cabinet, Table, Chair, Wall Pictures & Mirrors, Drill, Toaster Oven, Tote and Misc. boxes and items. Unit C-25 – Tara Slimm – Cabinets, Suitcase, Children's Bicycles, Chairs, Table, Television, Mattress, Vacuum, Totes and Misc. boxes and items. Unit C-12– Tara Slimm – Washer and Dryer, Televisions, Desk, Window Air Conditioner, End Table, Yamaha Keyboard and Misc. boxes and items.
