PUBLIC NOTICE At its Reorganization Meeting held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 the Clayton Board of Education established the following regular meeting schedule through December 2026. Unless otherwise noted (*), meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. and are preceded by a Work Session which begins at 6:30 p.m. The meetings will be held in the Clayton High School Cafeteria, 55 Pop Kramer Blvd., Clayton, NJ. The meeting schedule is as follows: February 10, 2026 - Regular Meeting March 10, 2026 - 5 p.m.* - Special Meeting – Board Training March 17, 2026* - Regular Meeting April 28, 2026* - Regular Meeting & Public Hearing on 2026-2027 Budget May 12, 2026 - Regular Meeting June 9, 2026 - Regular Meeting August 11 2026 - Regular Meeting September 8, 2026 - Regular Meeting October 13, 2026 - Regular Meeting November 10, 2026 - Regular Meeting December 8, 2026 - Regular Meeting January 5, 2027 – 6 p.m. - Regular Meeting & Reorganization The schedule for regular meetings shall be in effect until the next Annual Reorganization Meeting of the Board of Education on January 7, 2027 at 6 p.m. Public Notice will be provided if there are any changes or additions to the calendar. Meetings will commence at 7:00 p.m. Each meeting will be preceded by a work session beginning at 6:30 p.m. All Board meetings will be held for whatever business may come before the Board of Education and formal action may be taken at any or all of these specified meetings. Notice of any additional special meetings of the Board of Education, shall be sent to the South Jersey Times being the newspaper designated by the Board of Education to receive notice under the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Law at least 48 hours prior to such a meeting being held.
