NOTICE OF DECISION GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the on January 27, 2026, the Planning Board of the Township of Gloucester adopted a Resolution of Approval, Resolution No. PB-26-03, memorializing an approval for Minor Subdivision, for Application No. PBA-25-017, with Bulk Variances, and Design Waivers, submitted by Cugini Holdings, LLC, for property located at No. 71 Evergreen Avenue, aka Lot 26, Block 13103, which is located within the Residential (R-3) zoning district.
