LEGAL NOTICE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT Notice of Contract Awarded The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Morris has awarded a contract, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.1(dd), and was solicited through a non-fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4, et seq.
