SHERIFF'S SALE SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY CHANCERY DIVISION, WARREN COUNTY DOCKET # F-007487-25 SHERIFF'S NUMBER 26000035 Kearny Bank Plaintiff(s) vs. Bernadette Hess, et als Defendant(s) Execution for Sale of Mortgaged Property Premises By Virtue of the above-stated Writ of Execution, to me directed, I shall sell at public auction held at the Warren County Courthouse Annex, 199 Hardwick St, Belvidere, NJ 07823 (located across from the main courthouse parking lot) March 9, 2026, next at 2:00 PM, County of Warren and State of New Jersey The property to be sold is located in the Township of White, County of Warren, and State of New Jersey Commonly known as: 3 Lisa Court Oxford, NJ 07863 Tax Lot 5.19, Block No. 15 Township of White Dimensions of Lot (Approximately) 45.19 feet wide by 169.85 feet long. Irregular Nearest Cross Street: Brass Castle Road Plaintiff is unable to ascertain the occupancy status of the property Subject to prior mortgages and judgments (if any) Subject to any unpaid taxes, municipal liens or other charges and any such taxes, charges, liens, insurance premiums or other advances made by plaintiff prior to this sale.
