BOROUGH OF ROCKAWAY MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the following ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Rockaway held on February 12, 2026, and that said ordinance was passed on first reading by title only. Said ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Borough Council at a regular meeting to be held February 26, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 21-25 Union Street, Rockaway, New Jersey, at which time and place all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning same.
