NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE O2026-001 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF CHESTER, COUNTY OF MORRIS, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, ADDRESSING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT AND THE UNIFORM HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS AND ENSURING THE BOROUGH'S COMPLIANCE WITH ITS AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATIONS, AND TO BE KNOWN AS THE “CHESTER BOROUGH FOURTH ROUND AFFORDABLE HOUSING ORDINANCE” NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced to pass on first reading at a regular meeting of the Governing Body of Chester Borough held on February 17, 2026, and ordered published in accordance with the law.
