RESOLUTION 26-03 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TOWNSHIP OF MENDHAM MORRIS COUNTY, NEW JERSEY FEBRUARY 12, 2026 _________________________________ WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq. “The Municipal Land Use Law” provides that rules and regulations be adopted by the Board of Adjustment, for the conduct of its business. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mendham, as follows: That the rules and regulations heretofore adopted on March 13, 2014 and as thereafter amended from time to time, be and the same are hereby re-adopted by reference, as and for the Rules and Regulations for the conducting of the business of this Board of Adjustment. CERTIFICATION I, Wendy Parrinello, hereby certify the above to be a true correct copy of a Resolution regularly and duly adopted by the Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mendham at a duly called meeting of the Board of Adjustment, held on February 12, 2026.
