Public Notice NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LONG HILL TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the undersigned Applicants have filed an application with the Long Hill Township Board of Adjustment for any variance(s), waiver(s) and/or exception(s) necessary for the construction of a rear addition to the Applicants' home. The property is known as 82 Hickory Tavern Road, Tax Block 13901, Lot 77, which is located in the R-4 Zone. The project requires a bulk variance for three (3) stories where 2.5 stories are permitted in the zone. With the exception of the aforementioned variances, the Applicants believe that no other variance, waiver or exception is required in order to grant the approvals requested. However, changes may be made to the plans during the course of the hearing, requiring additional variance(s), waiver(s) and/or exception(s), and/or the Board may otherwise direct that additional variance(s), waiver(s) and/or exception(s) is/are needed, in which event the Applicants may seek such additional relief. A copy of the proposed plans and application are on file with the Secretary to the Board of Adjustment and are open for inspection during regular business hours at the office of said Secretary, which is located at 915 Valley Road, Gillette, New Jersey 07933. The application will be considered by the Long Hill Township Board of Adjustment on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at the Long Hill Township Municipal Building, 915 Valley Road, Gillette, New Jersey 07933.
