F00615325 LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and JAVID IQBAL, ET ALS., are Defendants, writ of execution for the sale of mortgaged premises dated 12/11/2025. By virtue of the above stated Writ, to me directed and delivered, I will expose to sale at public vendue on WEDNESDAY, the 25TH DAY of FEBRUARY A.D. 2026, at the hour of one thirty o' clock by the then prevailing (Standard or Daylight Saving) time, in the afternoon of the said day, at the Heldrich Hotel, 10 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick, N.J. 08901.
