You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Brock & Scott, PLLC, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is 302 FELLOWSHIP RD, SUITE 130, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054, an answer to the complaint, amended complaint and amendment(s) and order(s), if any, filed in a civil action in which FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff and JOSEPH EASTERDAY, DECEASED, HIS HEIRS, DEVISEES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND HIS, THEIR, OR ANY OF THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST, ET AL. are Defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, MIDDLESEX County and bearing Docket No.: F-000490-26, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. ("MERS"), AS MORTGAGEE, AS NOMINEE FOR PROSPERITY HOME MORTGAGE, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS assigned the mortgage to FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION.
