Lebanon Township NOTICE OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE NO. 01-2026 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above referenced Ordinance was duly adopted by the Township of Lebanon Committee on February 11, 1026, after a public hearing was held and all interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard on the Ordinance.
