Madison Borough REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that the Madison Board of Education, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, will receive and open sealed proposals at the Board Office, 359 Woodland Road in Madison, New Jersey 07940 on March 6, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. prevailing time to solicit proposals for vendors to contribute the cost for the installation of a Scoreboard on the Softball Field at Madison High School in consideration for the right to advertise the Vendor's name and/or logo on the Scoreboard. The cost for the installation of the Scoreboard is estimated to be $120,000. A copy of the Request for Proposals may be inspected and picked up at the Board offices between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Further information may be obtained by calling Mr. Jawad Issak, Business Administrator/Board Secretary, at (973) 593-3101 x3105. Sealed proposals shall be delivered to the Office of the Business Administrator between the hours 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on official business days. All vendors submitting proposals must use and complete all forms and include all information required in the Request for Proposals. All proposals must be submitted in triplicate and shall bear the name and address of the Vendor and shall be endorsed "Proposal for Advertising Concession for Softball Field Scoreboard at Madison High School". The Board assumes no responsibility for proposals being mismailed or misdirected. The estimated cost for installation of the Scoreboard is $120,000. Pursuant to P.L. 2004, c. 57, all proposals must be accompanied by a New Jersey Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. All vendors are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination" and the Affirmative Action statutes and regulations, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1.1 et seq. Each proposal shall also be accompanied by a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of the stock in the case of a corporation, or 10% or greater interest in the case of a partnership. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the Vendor who submits the highest amount it will pay toward the installation of the Scoreboard in consideration for the right to place the Vendor's name and/or logo on the Scoreboard. The Board retains the exclusive right to reject any or all proposals if it determines the vendor's proposed contribution toward the total cost of the installation of the Scoreboard is not sufficient for the advertising concession, to waive any informality in the process and determine which proposal is in the best interests of the District. No proposal may be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Board.
