Public Notice BOROUGH OF MADISON ZONING BOARD TAKE NOTICE that on the 12th day of March, 2026, at 7:30pm a hearing will be held remotely by electronic means only before the Zoning Board of the Borough of Madison on the application of the undersigned for approval so as to permit: Basement loading 2 car garage with stories and deck above, relocation of existing AC units, and minor expansion of existing macadam drive. On the premises located at 104 Pomeroy Road Madison, NJ and designated as Block 3802, Lot 45 on the Borough of Madison Tax Map. Any required variances/waivers required for the application are as follows: 195-29.3 Max. Principal Building Coverage: Permitted 12.5%, Existing 10.0%, Proposed 16.0% 195-29.3 Max. Impervious Coverage: Permitted 25%, Existing 26.2%, Proposed 30.71% All application materials, plans, and relevant documents or papers pertaining to this application are on file with the Board Administrative Secretary, 50 Kings Road, Madison, New Jersey 07940, 2nd Floor, and are available for inspection Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
