Wyant, as Administrator of the Estate of Ruth A. Oberly and Charles D. Wyant, Individually YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED to serve upon KML Law Group, PC, A PROFESSIONAL COR-PORATION INCORPORATED IN PENNSYLVANIA, plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is 701 Market Street, Suite 5000; Philadelphia, PA 19106, phone # (609) 250-0700, an answer to the Amended Complaint, filed in a civil action, in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC is plaintiff, and Charles D. Oberly h/w as mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Advisors Mortgage Group, LLC, its successors and assigns recorded on September 09, 2010, for Warren County in Book 5369, Page 285 of Mortgages for said County, which mortgage was assigned to the plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, by Assignment dated March 25, 2015; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 47 Lewis Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865.
