Wyant, as Administrator of the Estate of Ruth A. Oberly, et al are the defendant(s), pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Warren County, and bearing Docket No. F-012571-25 within thirty-five (35) days after February 20, 2026 exclusive of such date or if published after February 20, 2026 (35) days after the actual dated of such publication, exclusive of such date. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint. You shall file your answer and proof of service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex - CN 97l, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the rules of governing the courts.
This action has been instituted for the purpose of (l) foreclosing a mortgage dated August 05, 2010, made by Frank R. Oberly and Ruth A. Oberly h/w as mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Advisors Mortgage Group, LLC, its successors and assigns recorded on September 09, 2010, for Warren County in Book 5369, Page 285 of Mortgages for said County, which mortgage was assigned to the plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, by Assignment dated March 25, 2015; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 47 Lewis Street, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865. Lot: 19 Block: 1402.
