MONTAGUE TOWNSHIP SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE 2026-06 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MONTAGUE, COUNTY OF SUSSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 76, ZONING, OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE TO AMEND PERMITTED USES OF THE R-3 AND R-5 RESIDENTIAL ZONES IN SUPPORT OF THE TOWNSHIP'S FOURTH ROUND AFFORDABLE HOUSING PLAN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Montague, in the County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and will be further considered for the final passage after a public hearing at a regular meeting of the Township Committee to be held in the Municipal Building, 277 Clove Road, Montague, NJ on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.
