NOTICE OF HEARING SANDYSTON TOWNSHIP LAND USE BOARD SUSSEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has made application to the Sandyston Township Land Use Board for property known as Block 502, Lot 1, as shown on the Tax Map of Sandyston Township, located at 200 U.S. Highway 206, in the B Zone seeking a preliminary and final site plan approval with C and D variance relief to utilize the existing steel building for a diesel repair business and maintain the existing two-bedroom dwelling as a rental unit In addition, applicant will request such variances, waivers, permits, approvals, or licenses that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the applicant or the Board. This application is now on the calendar for the Sandyston Township Land Use Board, and a public hearing has been set for Monday, March 2, 2026, at the Sandyston Township Municipal Building, 133 Route 645, Sandyston, New Jersey at 7:00pm. When the case is called, you may appear either in person or by attorney to present any evidence or objections which you may have regarding the application. The matter will be heard on that above date, or any adjourned date designated by the Board at this public meeting without additional notice. In the event a scheduled meeting is cancelled, it will be held at the next public meeting date or such other adjourned date without further notice. The maps, plans, plats and application for which approval is being sought are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for inspection at the Municipal Building during normal business hours.
