Branchville Planning & Zoning Board of Adjustments Notice of Special Meeting TAKE NOTICE The Branchville Planning/Zoning Board will hold a special meeting on February 26, 2026 at 7 pm at the Branchville Municipal Building located at 34 Wantage Avenue Branchville, New Jersey to review ordinances related to affordable housing including amendments to zoning ordinances to include creation of an overlay zone for property on Wantage Avenue and Main Street to provide an additional housing option for market-rate as well as low and moderate income housing and amend the affordable housing ordinance Chapter 38 to assure that low and moderate income units are created with controls on affordability over time and that low and moderate income households shall occupy those units.
