Essex Fells Borough NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF ESSEX FELLS REGULAR UNLEADED GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL Sealed bids will be received by the Council of the Borough of Essex Fells, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey for: REGULAR UNLEADED GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL for the Borough of Essex Fells, New Jersey. Said bids will be opened and read in public on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 in the Council Chambers at the Essex Fells Municipal Building, 255 Roseland Avenue, Essex Fells, New Jersey at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time or soon thereafter as the matter may be reached. Each bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked clearly on the outside of the envelope: REGULAR UNLEADED GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL It shall contain the name and address of the bidder on the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. Each bid must be addressed to the Council of the Borough of Essex Fells. Bids will be received in person by the Municipal Clerk at the Essex Fells Municipal Building, 255 Roseland Avenue, during regular business hours or at the time of bid opening at 255 Roseland Avenue. No bids will be accepted by mail. BID SHALL BE BASED ON PROVIDING GASOLINE AT YOUR LOCATION WITH A DISCOUNT OFF THE PUMP PRICE. Complete specifications and form of proposal may be obtained by prospective bidders at the office of the Public Works Superintendent, 307 Runnymede Road, Essex Fells, NJ 07021. Proposals will be accompanied, in the case of corporation not chartered in New Jersey, by proper certificate that such corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, C.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and P.L. 1977, C.33. The Borough of Essex Fells reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid and to accept that bid which is in the best interest of the Borough of Essex Fells.
