Public Notice Borough of North Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment Notice to be Published in Official Newspaper PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 18th day of March, 2026 at 7:30 PM, a hearing will be held before the North Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Municipal Building, 141 Gould Avenue, North Caldwell, New Jersey, on the appeal or application of the undersigned for a variance or other relief so as to permit the construction of a one story addition to the front and rear of the home and the installation of circular driveway. (the existing retaining wall and lower driveway are to be removed) Variances will be required for (R-1 zone) : Front Yard Setback at 46'-4" where 50' is required Per section 107.21 D. (4); Right Side Yard Setback at 15'-11" where 25' is required, Per section 107.21 D. (6); Maximum Lot Coverage at 32.3% where 30% is maximum Per section 107.21 D. (9); and Maximum Building Coverage at 18.6% where 15% is maximum Per section 107.21 D. (10); and for any and all other variances that may be deemed necessary by the Board.
