PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that UMH Sales and Finance will conduct a public auction sale of a mobile home, more specifically identified as a 1990 NEW VIN#NJ1596E located at 225 Tony Circle, Mantua, NJ 08051. The sale will be conducted on February 23, 2026, at 1PM at the community clubhouse located at 200 Tony Circle, Mantua, NJ 08051. There will be an inspection date of February 20, 2026, from 1-3PM. Applications will be taken at this time to pre-qualify bidders. The terms of sale are as follows: 1. There is a $25,000 reserve price. 2. The successful bidder must pay no later than (2) two hours after the conclusion of the bidding by certified check. 3. The successful bidder must be qualified for residency and sign a lease with the office within 24 hours of the conclusion of bidding. Subletting is not permitted. Homes must be owner-occupied. 4.
