F-010031-25 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ENTRY OF AN ORDER SETTING TIME, PLACE AND AMOUNT OF REDEMPTION ANKIT PATEL; PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the undersigned attorney for the plaintiff, TAX LIEN FUND LP, shall move before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, for an Order for Setting Time, Place and Amount of Redemption. If you wish to appear and be heard on this matter, please contact the court at the above address or contact plaintiff's attorney using the contact information listed below. The action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing upon a Tax Sale Certificate No. 21-00047 dated 10/6/2021 and recorded in the SALEM County Clerk's Office on 1/24/2022, Mortgage Book 4618 at Page 1894, et seq. and covers real estate located in the municipality of PENNSVILLE, County of SALEM and State of New Jersey known as LOT 17 BLOCK 4101 as shown on the Official Tax Map of the municipality of PENNSVILLE, New Jersey and commonly known as 10 ACKLEY TERR, municipality of PENNSVILLE, New Jersey.
