PUBLIC NOTICE AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF WOODSTOWN, COUNTY OF SALEM, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING THE PRIVATE LEASE OF CERTAIN EMERGENCY MEDICAL VEHICLES PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A.40A:12-14 & 15, TO EVENT MEDICAL STAFFING SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR NOMINAL CONSIDERATION. Notice is hereby given that the foregoing proposed ordinance was introduced by the Borough Council of the Borough of Woodstown, at its regular meeting held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 and that a public hearing thereon will be conducted by the Borough Council at its meeting on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Borough Hall, Woodstown after which the ordinance will be considered for adoption. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE This ordinance will allow the Borough to enter a private lease for 5 ambulances owned by the Borough. A copy of this ordinance in its entirety may be obtained, without cost, by any member of the general public, from the Borough Clerk, Borough Hall, 25 West Avenue, Woodstown. Should the ordinance adoption public hearing be held via conference call, livestream, online meeting or other methods of remote communication, the Borough will post information on how the public can remotely access the governing body meeting and provide comment during the meeting on the Borough's website at www.historicwoodstown.org.
