NOTICE OF CONTRACTS AWARDED
 
The Town of Secaucus has awarded contracts under a fair and open process as professional services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). These contracts and the resolution authorizing them are available for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk. The time period for each contract is not to exceed 12 months.
 
1. Special General Counsel - Chasan, Lamparello, Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC - $200/$175 hourly rate for attorneys and other professionals pursuant to the rate schedule in their proposal. Amount not to exceed $80,000.00
 
Cleary Giacobbe Alfieri Jacobs, LLC - $185/$100 hourly rate for attorneys and other professionals pursuant to the rate schedule in their proposal. Amount not to exceed $10,000.00
 
McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC - $225/$155 hourly rate for attorneys and other professionals pursuant to the rate schedule in their proposal. Amount not to exceed $10,000.00
