Schneider ADDRESS: 239 Woodcliffe Avenue Little Falls, New Jersey 0424 BLOCK 17 LOTS 8, 9, 16 & 17 PREMISES: 9 Mozart Avenue and 239 Woodcliffe Avenue Little Falls, New Jersey 07424 APPROVALS/ VARIANCES: This property is located in the R-1C Residential District. Minor Subdivision/Lot Line Adjustment: The Map of The Little Falls Terrace Annex dated October 26, 1904 created four (4) Lots: Two on Mozart Avenue (9 Mozart Avenue- Block 3 Lots 8 & 9); and Two lots on Woodcliffe Avenue (239 Woodcliffe Avenue- Block 3, Lots 16 & 17). In 1953, a home was constructed on the Mozart Avenue lots. The lots on Woodcliffe Avenue have remained vacant. The applicant proposes a minor subdivision/lot line adjustment as shown on a map of minor subdivision prepared by George J.
