NEW JERSEY COMMISSION ON RADIATION PROTECTION NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Pursuant to P.L., 1975, C.231, (Open Public Meeting Act), notice is hereby given that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Radiation Protection Element has scheduled the following public meeting: Wednesday, February 18, 2026 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held in the Department of Environmental Protection Offices at 25 Arctic Parkway, Ewing, New Jersey, in the large conference room. If an interested party choices to join remotely, you are asked to email CORP@dep.nj.gov to obtain instructions on how to attend this meeting. Items on the agenda include, but are not limited to, discussion and vote on possible amendments to NJAC 7:28 et. seq. The Commission has the power to formulate, adopt, promulgate, amend and repeal codes, rules and regulations as may be necessary to prohibit and prevent unnecessary radiation.
