Take notice that that an application for a Waterfront Development Individual Permit, Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit, and Freshwater Wetlands Individual Permit has been submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Land Resource Protection for the development described below: APPLICANT: Federal Business Centers; 300 Raritan Center Parkway, Edison, NJ 08837 PROJECT NAME: FBC Port Raritan? Project PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Redevelopment of the existing operating port facility PROJECT STREET ADDRESS: Sweetwater Lane/Dock Road BLOCK and LOT: Block 395, Lots 3.03, 3.05, 3.06, 23.03, and Easement on Lot 37 Township of Edison Block 114, Lots 3.03, 3.04, and 3.07 Township of Woodbridge MUNICIPALITY: Townships of Edison and Woodbridge COUNTY: Middlesex Federal Business Centers (FBC) is proposing the redevelopment of the existing operating FBC Port Raritan? , including road improvements, improvements to a previously existing rail line, and construction of a new bulkhead, reconstruction of existing concrete platforms, and construction of a mooring structure in and along the Raritan River.
