MANCHESTER UTILITIES AUTHORITY RESOLUTION NO. 2026-10 ADOPTION OF MEETING DATES WHEREAS, the Manchester Utilities Authority (the “MUA”) is empowered by N.J.S.A. 40:14B-20 to meet to address and manage the system; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the MUA that the Commissioners shall meet the second Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. for their regular meeting at the Haledon Municipal Complex located at 510 Belmont Avenue, Haledon, New Jersey unless proper notice is made changing such schedule; or otherwise stated herein; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the meeting dates of the MUA are as follows: March 09, 2026 April 13, 2026 May 11, 2026 June 08, 2026 July 13, 2026 August 10, 2026 September 14, 2026 October 19, 2026 November 09, 2026 December 14, 2026 January 11, 2027 February 08, 2027– 2027 REORGANIZATION MEETING IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that formal action may be taken at the aforementioned meetings and that the Assistant Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to advertise the meeting notices as required by law; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the within shall take effect immediately upon passage; and IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this is a true correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the Manchester Utilities Authority upon a roll call vote at its regular meeting held on February 09, 2026.
