BOROUGH OF LEBANON LAND USE BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING ON ADOPTION OF MASTER PLAN ELEMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Lebanon Land Use Board will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering a proposed 2026 Amended Fourth Round Housing Plan Element and Fair Share Plan (“2026 Amended HPE&FSP”) for adoption as part of the Borough of Lebanon Master Plan. The Land Use Board will hear testimony from its planning expert as to the proposed amendment to the Master Plan and allow cross examination and testimony and evidence by interested persons regarding same. Following the public hearing the Land Use Board may take action by adopting the 2026 Amended HPE&FSP as part of the Master Plan. The meeting agenda which will be posted on the Borough of Lebanon website at least 48 hours prior to the hearing: www.lebanonboro.com . Copies of the proposed 2026 Amended HPE&FSP on file January 29, 2026 for public review and/or copying at no charge by visiting the Borough of Lebanon website at: www.lebanonboro.com .
