Sealed bids for technology products due March 17, 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission ("MOESC") for:  Project: 26-36 Technology Products and Related Items Cooperative Bid 2026-2028  Project Locations: MOESC locations, public educational institutions, public colleges or universities, community colleges, vocational or technical schools, municipal governments, and other governmental and quasi-governmental organizations throughout New Jersey.  Bids Received via: https://moesc.ecsourcing.com e-bid platform.  Bids Due: March 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM.  Bids Opened: March 17, 2026 at 10:01 AM via the e-bid platform at MOESC, 100 Tornillo Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712. The Bid Results will be promptly emailed to all bidders.  The Invitation to Bid, Bid Forms, Drawings (if any), Specifications and Contract (the "Bid Documents"), as approved by MOESC for the Project(s), may be obtained by prospective bidders on the https://moesc.ecsourcing.com e-bid platform. Please register your New Supplier name and required information. You can then View Posted RFPs. Please then Request an Invitation to Bid to gain access to and submit your bids. Addenda, if any, will be advertised not less than seven (7) business days prior to the bid opening and sent to all suppliers who have registered.  Bids shall be fully and completely made on www.moesc.ecsourcing.com e-bid platform, as required by the Bid Documents. No bids shall be accepted after the date and time set forth above.  MOESC reserves the right to reject any or all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-2(s), (t), (x), (y), 18A:18A-4(a), 18A:18A-22, and to waive any informalities. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening. Any bid submitted shall be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of the bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable laws including the requirements of Equal Employment Opportunity N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, et seq. and Affirmative Action Against Discrimination N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., as well as any applicable Executive Orders.
