February 19, 2026 COUNTY OF HUNTERDON BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the County of Hunterdon, on March 19, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Bldg. #1, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for RESURFACING OF COUNTY ROUTE 650 IN THE TOWNSHIP OF RARITAN, COUNTY OF HUNTERDON BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY MAIL", (Hunterdon County will not be responsible for Bid Packages not arriving at the time and place designated), Plans, Specifications, Instructions to Bidders and Proposal Forms may be obtained via email. Email rrule@co.hunterdon.nj.us to receive a copy of the Bid Proposal. Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunterdon, Division of Purchasing, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Building #1, PO Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside "SEALED BID" 2026-04, County Route 650. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the County of Hunterdon. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids or to waive any minor informality in the Proposal received and to accept bids all in accordance with applicable law.
