Notice to Gilbert Lamirata & Westside Contracting Services (Defendants) LEGAL NOTICE. All other means of Personal Service having been attempted, Notice of Proof Hearing is hereby given in the matter of Edgardo Valdes v. Westside Contracting Services & Gilbert Lamirata (Individually), C.P. No. 2011-18589. In this action, it is claimed that the petitioner was in the employ of the respondent Westside Contracting Services and Gilbert Lamirata, Principle of Westside Contracting Services on 1/25/2011 and suffered a compensable injury in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:15-7 et seq. A Hearing will be held before the Honorable William Feingold, Judge of Workers' Compensation at 200 W. 2nd Street, Plainfield, NJ 07060 on March 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. as a Proof Hearing to Enter Judgement Against Defendants including Monetary Judgement for Temporary Benefits, Permanency Benefits, Medical Bill Costs, Costs for Prosecution of Case and Attorney Fees.
