Plaintiff was lawfully married to the Defendant, (Araceli Ramirez), on (January 21, 2003), in a civil ceremony in (New Brunswick-New Jersey). 2. Plaintiff is a bona fide resident of the state of New Jersey when this cause of action arose and has ever seen and for more than one (1) year next preceding the commencement of this action continued to be such a bona fide resident. 3. The Defendant's last known address is (22 North Talmadge St, 2nd floor, New Brunswick, NJ 08901). 4. The parties separated on or about June 2016. Ever since that time and for more than 18 consecutive months, the parties have lived separately and apart and in different places. Therefore, the marriage should be dissolved. The separation has continued to the present time and there is no reasonable prospect of reconciliation. 5. There are six (6) children born of this marriage, Luna Reyes, whose date of birth is December 19, 2013, Imanol Reyes, whose date of birth is April 27, 2007, Pedro Reyes, whose date of birth is June 06, 2005, Brisa Reyes, whose date of birth is December 12, 2003, Cielo Reyes, whose date of birth is December 12, 2003, Zizi Reyes, whose date of birth is November 18, 2000. 6. There have been no previous matrimonial proceedings between the parties. 7. All property, either realty or personally which was legally and beneficially acquired by the parties or be either of them during the course of the marriage, heretofore, has been satisfied to the mutual satisfaction of the parties. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff hereby demands judgments: (a) Dissolving the marriage between the parties (b) Physical and Full legal custody of the unemancipated children, who are already under my care and living with me.
