The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 23 Beech Street, Edison, New Jersey 08817, also known as Lot 30.01 in Block 279 as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of Edison, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey.
