Morgan Chase Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp., Multifamily Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2019-SB64 is Plaintiff and JERSEY CITY HOLDINGS INC., a New Jersey corporation, is the Defendant, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey Chancery Division, Hudson County, and bearing Docket No. SWC-F-010641-25.
