BOROUGH OF BEACHWOOD NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE 2026-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF BEACHWOOD, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY AMENDING CHAPTER 9 MAYO PARK AND COMMUNITY CENTER FEES ADDING A PRE RENTAL INSPECTION FEE was introduced and passed on first reading at the regular meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Beachwood held on the 4th day of February, 2026 and was considered for second reading and final passage at a regular meeting of said governing body held on the 18th day of February, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Beachwood Municipal Complex, 1600 Pinewald Road, Beachwood, NJ.
