NOTICE TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE SOUTH ORANGE MAPLEWOOD NEWS RECORD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Alexander and Tessa Brockhoff (the "Applicants") have filed an application for development with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of South Orange Village. A public hearing has been set down for March 3, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Main Stage Room in the South Orange Baird Community Center, 5 Mead Street, 3rd floor Loft Meeting Room, South Orange, New Jersey, 07079. The subject property is commonly known as 262 Prospect Street, which is designated as Block 2205, Lot 27 on the Tax Map of the Township of South Orange Village (the "Property"). The Applicants are seeking variance relief for the proposed expansion of the existing garage to include two stories (an accessory structure).
