TOWN OF KEARNY PUBLIC NOTICE  BOARD OF HEALTH ANNUAL MEETING   Pursuant to Chapter 231, Laws of 1975, known as the Open Public Meetings Act, notice is hereby given that the regular scheduled meetings of the Kearny Board of Health during 2026 at which public business may be formally discussed, decided, or acted upon. The Regular Meetings of the Board of Health will be conducted in person at the Kearny Department of Public Health located at 645 Kearny Avenue, Kearny, NJ 07032 at 6:30 p.m. on the following designated dates: January 15, 2026 February 19, 2026 March 19, 2026 April 16, 2026 May 14, 2026 June 18, 2026 September 17, 2026 October 15, 2026 November 12, 2026 December 17, 2026    In addition, such other meetings as the public business may require, shall be scheduled and held, but pursuant to and with such additional notice as is required by said statute.
