Said mortgage was recorded May 19, 2009 in book 10301, page 469 in the amount of $77,838.00.  YOU, Myrtle E. Scott, her heirs, devisees and personal representatives and his/her, their or any of their successors in right, title and interest and Reliable Collections Inc Assignee of Open MRI of Clifton, are hereby named a party defendant herein for any lien, claim or interest you may have in, to or on the mortgaged premises because you are a known heir of the Estate of Myrtle E.
