Mine Hill Township TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, the complete text of each legal notice of Mine Hill Township, in the County of Morris, and State of New Jersey including the Boards, Commissions and the like may be obtained or viewed by the public on our official Internet Website: https://minehill.com/public-notices/ : PLANNING BOARD OF MINE HILL TOWNSHIP, MORRIS COUNTY HEARING ON PERIODIC MASTER PLAN REEXAMINATION REPORT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 7:00 pm, a public hearing will be held by the Mine Hill Township Planning Board at the Mine Hill Township Municipal Building, located at 10 Baker Street, Mine Hill, New Jersey 07803, to consider the adoption of a Periodic Master Plan Rexamination Report concerning the Master Plan of Mine Hill Township. At the public hearing, opportunity will be given to all interested parties to be heard. After the public hearing, or at such other time should the hearing be carried, the Board shall take action. A copy of the Periodic Master Plan Reexamination Report will be on file with the Board Secretary ten (10) days prior to the hearing and will be available for inspection during regular business hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays, in the office of the Township Clerk at the Mine Hill Township Municipal Building, located at 10 Baker Street, Mine Hill, New Jersey 07803.
