O-2026-4 AN ORDINANCE (1) REPEALING AND REPLACING CHAPTER 3A, ENTITLED AFFORDABLE HOUSING MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATION;" (2) AMENDING SECTION 72-715, ENTITLED "SUBSIDIZED ACCESSORY APARTMENTS;" AND (3) CREATE SECTION 72-716, ENTITLED "MUNICIPALITY-WIDE MANDATORY SET-ASIDE" TO ADDRESS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FAIR HOUSING ACT (FHA) AND THE UNIFORM HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS (UHAC) REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE TOWN'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING OBLIGATIONS ESTABLISHING SALARIES & WAGES FOR THE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF WENONAH IN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTER AND THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY FOR THE YEAR 2026 The Ordinance published herein was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Wenonah, in the County of Gloucester and State of New Jersey, held on February 26, 2026 It will further be considered for final passage, after publication and public hearing hereon, at a meeting of said Mayor and Council to be held in the Borough's Municipal Building on March 11, 2026 2026 at 6:30 p.m. During the week prior and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of said Ordinance will be made available at the Clerk's office at the Municipal Building, One South West Avenue in the Borough, to the members of the general public who shall request same.
