ORDINANCE NO. 26-03 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL AND REPLACE CHAPTER 380, ARTICLE V, “DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME HOUSING" IN ACCORDANCE WITH UPDATED RULES AT N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 ET SEQ. AND N.J.A.C. 5:99-1 ET SEQ. Hereto introduced on the 19th day of February, 2026 at 6:00 PM did pass on first reading and that said Ordinance be further considered for final passage at a meeting to be held on the 16th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached at the regular meeting place of the Borough Council, Borough Hall, 188 Pascack Road, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey and that at such time and place all persons interested be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said Ordinance, and that the Borough Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish said Ordinance according to law with a notice of introduction and passage on first reading and of the time and place when and where said Ordinance be further considered. Ordinance 26-03 - This ordinance amends Article V, "Development of Low and Moderate Income Housing" to codify the regulations in the newly adopted N.J.A.C. 5:99 and recently updated N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 et seq., and relevant elements of the rules adopted by the now defunct Council on Affordable Housing at N.J.A.C. 5:93 and 5:97, with respect to the construction, marketing, pricing, management, and administration of affordable housing.
