Legal notices will be published online starting March 1, 2026.

Effective March 1, 2026, the Department of Banking and Insurance will publish all legal notices on its website rather than in a print or electronic newspaper, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72. This includes legal notices issued by the Department and each of its divisions, boards, bureaus, offices, commissions and other instrumentalities within, as well as authorities, commissions, instrumentalities and agencies, in but not of, the Department, including but not limited to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission, the Individual Health Coverage Program and the Small Employer Health Benefits Program. The complete text of each legal notice may be viewed by the public on the Department's official website at: https://www.nj.gov/dobi/legalnotices/index.html.    The New Jersey Department of State maintains a centralized webpage providing access to legal notices issued by State entities, which may be accessed at:  https://www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices- list.shtml.   This advertisement is a requirement under N.J.S.A. 35:31-5 and will be published at least twice monthly in an eligible online news publication throughout 2026 to inform the public that the legal notices of the Department of Banking and Insurance will be found online as of March 1, 2026 and thereafter. 4/2,16/26 $113.92
