Sandyston-Walpack School District will publish notices online starting March 1, 2026.

Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School District, New Jersey
 
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, enacted on June 30, 2025 by Gov. Phil Murphy, the Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School District will publish all of its public and legal notices on the official website of the Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School District beginning March 1, 2026.
 
A website section containing the notices may be accessed as of March 1, 2026 via a button to be labeled “Public & Legal Notices” located on the front of the district homepage at:

The notices also will be shared for publication on the website of the New Jersey Department of State (NJDOS) effective March 1, 2026, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 and N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 to -5. The NJDOS has announced that it is working to finalize the hyperlink intake process. A “Statewide Legal Notices” button is already on the NJDOS website at:

This advertisement is also a requirement under P.L. 2025, c. 72 and N.J.S.A. 35:3-1 to-5 and will be published twice monthly in an eligible online news publication throughout 2026 to inform the public that the Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School District's public notices and legal advertisements will be found online as of March 1, 2026 and thereafter.
