Hudson Regional Health Commission will publish notices online starting March 1, 2026.

PUBLIC NOTICE  HUDSON REGIONAL HEALTH COMMISSION   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, in compliance with P.L. 2025, c. 72, enacted on June 30, 2025, the Hudson Regional Health Commission will publish all of its public and legal notices on the official website of the Hudson Regional Health Commission beginning March 1, 2026.  A website section containing the notices may be accessed as of March 1, 2026 via a button labeled "Legal Notices" located on the front of the Hudson Regional Health Commission homepage at: https://hudsonregional.gov/  The notices also will be shared for publication on the website of the New Jersey Department of State (NJDOS) effective March 1, 2026, pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72 and N.J.S.A. 35:31-1 to -5. The NJDOS has announced that it is working to finalize the hyperlink intake process. A "Statewide Legal Notices" button is already on the NJDOS website at:  https://www.nj.gov/state/  The Statewide Legal Notices Listing webpage is located at:  https://www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml  This advertisement also is a requirement under P.L. 2025, c. 72 and N.J.S.A. 35:31-5 and will be published at least twice monthly in an eligible online news publication throughout 2026 to inform the public that the Hudson Regional Health Commission's public notices and legal advertisement will be found online as of March 1, 2026 and thereafter 5/6,20/36 $131.72
