PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Gilberto M. Garcia, an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey, who was admitted to the  bar of the State of New Jersey on or about December 1, 1987 was thereafter suspended from the practice of law for a period of six (6) months by Order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, effective October 10, 2025.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the period of suspension has expired, and that Gilberto M. Garcia is applying for reinstatement to the practice of law in the State of New Jersey pursuant to the Rules of Court.
